Hello everyone,I've been researching ARM lenders for about a month and looking for lenders charging the lowest rates, FHA or Conventional are fine.

What's the vetting process when choosing your lender? 

I have found a contractor I trust should any repairs be needed, secured a cheap month-to-month rental in the area I will be looking for when I start my search in April 2024, and am in the process of interviewing lenders recommended by BP and friends who own property in the area.

If she refuses to sign, then make a note that you presented it and she rejected it, then hand her the 3-day Pay or Quit (or whatever your state requires) and start the eviction clock.If this is your first time, it's best to hire an attorney and do it right.

It consists of a realtor, contractor, property manager, and a lender.

I have found a great RE agent and lender through Bigger Pockets.
