I am taking my last RE class in order to obtain my RE license.

I'm a Canadian investor that has been investing in real estate for the last 5 years and decided late in the game that it was time to start investing in the US Multifamily Real Estate Market. 

I would like to concentrate near where I've lived and worked for the last 15+ years - Southern Monmouth and Northern Ocean Counties in New Jersey providing the market is reasonable.  

I'm from the Raleigh-Durham area and have been living in San Francisco for the last several years.

In the Last 3 years we have purchased 4 Multifamily properties for a total of 31 units.

I decided to return to teaching last year 2015-2016 after being out for 11 years.

I have been looking through the forums and the different comments for the last several weeks and I am shocked at how willing everyone is to help each other.I just joined Bigger Pockets because I love Real Estate.

Currently I add the guest's last 4 digits to the locks as a code remotely a few days before their check-ins.

Late last year we moved into a new duplex and kept the old one, and now rent out both sides, in addition to the other side of our current one.

I bought a SFH last year (in the Port Norfolk neighborhood for those familiar with the Hampton roads area) and I'm renting out two of the rooms and getting my feet wet with landlording.
