It should be noted that Columbus is the growing area and the largest city in Ohio, approaching 1 mil in residents up 100k+ decade after decade where as every other city is declining in population. thanks, Matt

There are actually still some condos in the area that sell below $40k and make $800+/mo but those are the deals and not the average place.I feel like the largest opportunities for this area are the distressed and  REOs that will be some rehab then hold and rent.

The market is driven by the largest and strongest economy of the world, the United States. ( USA!
