I have not given it much thought, but it sounds like I need to keep that strategy in the back of my mind when I am searching and analyzing properties, maybe even throwing in that keyword in the search criteria.The PNW is so beautiful!

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

You can also get a lot of intro info by setting keyword alerts to hard money and reading through the alerts you get.
