Hello All,

I'm new to the BP community and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian and I'm a firefighter with the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District. About a year ago my hobby turned into a side hustle and is now blossoming into a full business. Around the same time last year my wife and I began our journey into real estate investing. We currently own 3 SFR's and are now preparing to move into the multifamily space. We're primarily looking for opportunities in the western part of the country, outside of CA and currently are focusing on MHP's. Any advice would be much appreciated and I look forward to spending more time here in the BP forums in the future!
