That is a huge reason that I am investing in Multi-family rentals.My question is, should she and I have separate BP accounts so she can hopefully learn on her own while investigating the site and networking with others or does anyone on here suggest that we have a shared account?

Hey @Josh Foret, even if you go onto youtube and investigate how to do basic repairs around the house you'll be in a much better position than a person who hasn't a clue what it will take to actually do the work.

Here's my concerns with using a real estate agent:Lowest commissions come from rentals for them, so its low on their totem poleSome agents do things better than others...is this agent good at screening people, setting up visits, reviewing applications, doing proper background checks, performing some investigation on the applicants, etc.?
