That being said, you are sort of swimming against the current in order to use the funds from an investment vehicle in a manner for which it was not designed. 

You probably need to designate what type of property you will be investing in, multi, SFR, townhouse, etc. 

Just curious, what does everyone think think about Grant Cardone's theory of not investing until you have 100k?
