Obviously not much info to go on but wondering if anyone has experience rehabbing these kind of buildings and if there is any specific difficulties and expenses involved with them.

I have been involved in residential mold extraction for nothing other than pure lack of HVAC use.

For probate you need to pull Maryland probate dockets to determine if there is real property involved... and for tax sales you need to obtain the tax sale list from the county/city and then do your own research on each property.
