New member from central California

Hi everybody. My name is Jonathan Taggard and I'm from Central California. I have years of experience in working in different aspects of the real estate industry but am looking to enter the realm of investing for the first time. Ultimately I am looking to be involved in buy and flipping houses, wholesaling and obtaining rental properties. I'm currently not able to do this myself due to finances but am looking for knowledge in these areas and possible ideas of how to get involved now.
