When someone buys multiple properties in a single closing, often the sales price for the whole package gets reflected as the the purchase price for each individual parcel..in any event, no one paid $1M for a $200k home.

Are tenants keeping it clean and ensuring there are no food/water sources to attract pests?

Did you check at city or county zoning / planning to see if the space to add the 20 extra pads is on the same parcel of land?

The ONLY reason that I am reviving the cash assistance is because I was Homeless for 8 months (1-18 to 8-18) and had zero income, and with the acceptation of food stamps, I was slipping through the cracks of everything I applied for through the county.

In reading your post it seems like this is a small parcel of land (hence the "tiny home", "a few slabs").
