I was told the company strongly encourages employees to live in the area they work. 

Many new members tend to ask questions that have been asked numerous times over and reap a fleck of the information that they could if they searched for their topic of interest first.Lastly, the @ mentions feature is a fantastic resource to call your colleagues or other members already in a conversation.

Hey @Adam Curry Thanks for the encouragement this is definitely something that will take time to break but I am willing to put in the work.  

I would encourage you to go to landlord-eviction court a couple of times because you need to see how the judge treats landlords in your area.Also, READ YOUR LEASE.  

Or if you feel so inclined, you could pursue a strategy like direct mail marketing, or working with a wholesaler.If the demand for your most desirable neighborhoods is too high, are there other areas of the city that offer similar features?
