How do you feel confident in hiring a professional when you don't have any background to evaluate their expertise.

Hey folks, I'm looking for some local SLC expertise on starting out with real estate.A little background: I've been investing most of my money in the stock market the past few years, with a view towards financial independence in the next 10 years or so.

From what I have seen now they have largely changed that in my office to where the new agents are trained by "trainers" or members of the staff who may have good sales expertise but are limited in practical experience.

Can someone with accounting expertise break this down for us?

Not my area of expertise but moving the property into a trust can hide the transfer from the bank.

Speak to several CPAs and ask them questions regarding their experience, expertise, clients served, etc.
