25k to play with, looking for advice.

I have 25k to my disposal, what can I do with that in the Boston market?

Should I try wholesaling or dive into fix & flip?

Hey @Thierry Despeignes, I'm not in the Boston market, however I do have experience investing with a similar amount of cash for my first deal. I decided to do a flip with an experienced investor. Being that I had a demanding full time job at the time, it would not have been realistic for me to go after my first flip on my own in an out of state market, so I decided to partner up and learn from somebody with more experience than myself.
