A lot of us will go on podcasts because it's fun, but if your goal is to help get yourself deals, I don't think it's the best use of time in a landscape that is absolutely inundated with RE and REI podcasts.

Things you are responsible with an Airbnb, which you likely are not paying as a long term rental: utilities, landscaping, furniture, sheets and towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, soap and shampoo, detergent for laundering your linens, cleaning supplies for cleaner, etc.
