Ideally, I'm looking for duplexes or triplexes within the Oakland area, but willing to stretch out to San Pablo or down to Hayward (i.e. 20mi radius).I'll be occupying one of the units and would prefer something that isn't turnkey.Thanks in advance. 

I could add a new separate switch outlet which would meet code but is less than ideal.

The analysis tools provided in the course such as sale leaseback, DCF, developer feasibility etc is something I use every week.

By driving for dollars I have collected a list of properties I am going to mail, as well as developed the letters I will be sending.

Once they have developed & processed the Loan Qualification Package, they send the package to the Texas Veterans Land Board, asking for approval & Funding of the Loan.
