I've read a lot of your posts and articles, listened to podcasts, getting both insights and inspiration - most importantly, I learned from you that the most crucial step is to take action. 

Throw a couple pot lights in the bulkhead while you’re at it and make it a less ugly “feature”.

This feature lets you link the register transaction to its supporting ducomdntation. 

When I asked about it he said there was a "insurance policy" like feature where if the rate goes down greater than a quarter point it will adjust the loan.
