New Investor in Wyoming

Hi there!

My partner and I have started a new real estate venture up in Gillette, Wyoming. I work in the oil field and we want to make our money work as hard as we do. We named our business "Drover Industries". We haven't figured out a niche yet, but we are exploring all aspects to see what sticks in our local market. Once we do 2 flips or buy & holds here, we will move on to a college town. 

We got tired of reading and finally decided to take action. We're seeing what we can get from a bank right now (not looking fantastic), but we are learning as we go.
