Filed for eviction and immediately saw feb and March rent deposit in the account ( automatic deposit to my bank account)Late fees (100) and court fees $75 not deposited.Should I continue the eviction or is it valid because the tenant deposited the rent ?

I'm proposing that if the seller is willing, we get an appraisal for the market value of the property as is, and then let the owner continue to make mortgage payments while I renovate.

I've been assuming folks are using Fannie Home Style?

I imagine that they will continue to change names and alter their marketing strategy, so please beware, and do not offer any money up front.

The fact that most of these (almost all) buildings are apartment rentals and not condos for sale, I believe the inventory of condos for sale will still remain low, and will continue to drive the prices up.  

My question is should I continue renting out my house I own or should I sell it and reinvest that money elsewhere???

Should I just continue to buy them in my own name like I have been doing already?
