Again, you can likely find free forms online bearing in mind the caveat noted above.Third, if all goes well in court, you may get the eviction (and perhaps even a judgement for unpaid rent), and thereafter will likely have to hire a sheriff/marshall/official to actually conduct the eviction (change locks, remove items, etc) if necessary.  

Some accountants wont go outside what turbotax tells them, when in reality your tax is based upon your facts, and your specific way of conducting business may be more advantaged tax wise rather then a cookie cutter aproach.
