We co-host 2 single family properties that are 3br/2ba they are around 1500-1700 sq foot.Our cleaning fee to guests is $149 and $165 (slightly larger unit).

@Melissa PoirierYour profile mentions that you are an agent/realtor along with co-owning several properties.Depending on how the properties are owned(tenants in common or through an entity) you should make sure that your new CPA understands the taxation behind tenants in common/entity(partnership or corporation) taxation.He should also understand how business taxation works in relation to work as an agent.Good luck in your search for a CPA.

@Joe SplitrockSo she was given a chance by current landlord to purchase property but she couldn’t get approved by lender even while having a co signer.

No vacancy and co-signers to guarantee rent though admittedly they do put more wear on the house.

We already own several rentals in both Colorado and in Michigan.
