Looking recommendations for an investors agent

My wife and I are relocating to Pocatello (or close) for a new career opportunity I have accepted there. We have very little time and must be there in July 2021.

We're Looking for a superstar agent who knows the Pocatello SFR and small multi family rental scene. We wish to owner occupy a home with the intent to make it a rental in the near future. We already own several rentals in both Colorado and in Michigan.

I do the accounting for a property management company here in Pocatello. One of our owners, Jason Christensen, is an agent, who owns multiple units himself. I have not personally used him, but I have dealt with him on the property management side and he is great. He works with ReMax. I would definitely recommend him!
