The window in the center is just a normal window, I'm wondering what all the glass panes surrounding it were supposed to be for. 

I am gonna bite the bullet and hire a call center to handle the leads for me. 

In simplest terms, the second tier starts with what isn't the Big 4;) I have high level criteria that everyone else uses: population growth, unemployment, available management, target TAM, 'access' (roads/commute(s) to job centers), crime, poverty levels, etc.

My cousin hooked me up with an interview at a call center.

And there are probably a couple more profit centers like a HELOC if you guys are rehabbing...good way to get cash for your next property! 

Sure There are some new townhouses near Mesa and Executive Center that people are building and buying.

What I found is that most of the professional backgrounds are calls center, scripted, high pressure specialists that work assertively to extract fee’s memberships etc.  

Crime (your #5), Employment centers, unemployment levels, population trend, housing availability and affordability... all those are on my list.  

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but that is the framework in place that might be appropriate for scenarios like yours where waiting on hold with a call center isn't producing helpful results.
