Hello everyone my name is Vincent Migliorino. I currently live in Fort Walton Beach Florida and an ready to start getting into the grow up business. I am 26 years old and currently own 3 properties with 2 rented out. I work full time as a Federal Firefighter for Eglin AFB. It took me a year and a half but I finally saved 50k cash and am ready to make something happen. I have alot of time on my hands and I am a trigger puller if the numbers are right business will happen. I recently stumbled upon wholesaling and in my area the investments are hot. This is my first step into the Bigger Pockets community and I look forward to talking with some of you and hopefully creating wealth for all of our family's for generations to come.

I think I saw you rsvp for our networking event in Shalimar next Tuesday. 

The main real estate investor association here is called the Professional Investors Guild. The next meeting is this Thursday 7pm at the Emerald Coast Convention Center. I'll be there too. Looking forward to meeting you at one of the meetings. They're both great places to connect and do business with other investors.
