My two cents is that if you had a good experience with any professional by all means pass on their name (it's buyer beware -- people asking for referrals should know that it can go either way in starting a relationship with a referred professional), unless you know of something that's causing the professional's work product to slide.

Therefore, any offer price you make would include the realtors fees with the Owner and likely the leftovers that would have gone to the buyer's agent.

My question is, as a wholesaler is it possible to construct such agreement whereas the cash buyer agrees that the son (a realtor) is the one who is able to list the property after the cash buyer has finished with the rehab.??
