In Europe we have a family business doing land development.

I'm not as booked as I would like to be, and according to others they are going through similar circumstances...Do you expect immediate profits larger then your yearly mortgage and other expenses or do you give yourself a year or 2 like other business ventures?

Or, it may be in parks I usually don't do business in and move them to other parks I do business in that give me incentives (i.e. pay for moving costs, hookups, free lot rent, etc).

Not to discourage you further, but CA has so many little intricate details to running a business with lots of extra taxes or fees.

Many people rent theres out by the room to get the most rent out of their property instead of renting to family because theres only so much you can get on rents when a family lives there.

just crazy to even consider an ADU in linden it's the silliest thing I've ever heard of Yeah, im not arguing for or against the business case.

I just know that most federally subsidized loan programs lend to people (humans), not partnerships, LLCs, or corporations.
