Our attorney indicates we don't need any licensing, since our lending is direct....individuals lending directly to individuals we're not doing it as a company, as a company, we simply find the deals, and we put the two flowers together.

Private money lenders are lenders that are known to you they are individuals not companies.. companies doing this are HML ... and I suspect these particular one's will just take your 80-0 to 900 dollars and you will never hear from them again..

I am a broker in Missouri and I have a client that I handle leasing for (not management) that prefers that I sign the lease as a "authorized agent" on his behalf.
