@Enrique Curiel, if you choose to invest in Arizona as a resident of California, don't forget that the  works differently for taxes paid to Arizona (along with Guam, Indiana, Oregon, and Virginia) than it does for most other states!  You have been warned!  I have seen far too many new clients come to me with notices of tax due from the FTB because their prior preparer didn't know about this.
