After reading the mentions and replies I just think she knows her niche and our goals just don’t align.

Maybe an extreme DIYer like me isn't best to offer advice on this lol.Here's when I will hire a PM:  when our goals align.  

Look for long track records, alignment of interest with yours and people you won't mind being in business with for many years because you will be.

If these are ones on wheels they would be more closely aligned with Recreational Vehicles and land usage can be tricky as I believe you may not be able to keep them in a place for more than 30 to 60 days.
