They may or may not be a good fit for other reasons.1) Look for a brokerage that will help you accomplish your goals.

Reading the comments from Cody, well if I wanted to get into a political discussion (which I don't, I'm so tired of the back and forth, left vs right paradigm crap, one person sources a left leaning source that backs up their views, other guy sources right leaning source that backs up their views, it continues on for pages, no one convinces ANYONE OF ANYTHING and all that's accomplished is wasted time for everyone involved.

Neighborhoods are all different as are towns and cities so it requires lots of work.Think about what you want to accomplish and then jump in it can be very fun and profitable but you can loose your shirt if you don't know your market.

You know what you want to accomplish, which puts you ahead of most investors.  

Congratulations on quitting your corporate jobs to take greater control of your time and finances, that's an amazing accomplishment.

@Nnabuenyi Anigbogu As I've told you before, this is absolutely amazing (and crazy) and a true testament to what you can accomplish when you focus on taking action and finding solutions to the hurdles holding you back.

First let me say that you can accomplish all of your goals, and fairly quickly.
