So glad you've discovered Bigger Pockets early in your real estate investing journey...and it looks like you've already made some good contacts here from your area....A few tips that may be helpful to you here on the BP website:You can set up keyword alerts so anytime someone posts about KC, Enterprise, or any of the specific markets you're evaluating, you'll be notified.

Almost all rental properties in town at owned by 3 or 4 people and they view anyone new to the game as competition, so I am here to connect with other investors.

I basically bought that property with no money out of pocket.

so 4  times a year flying to the event renting hotels etc .so add in another easy 10k.. and from what I saw you had folks at the top of their game and you had some that were trying to scale up so the ones that were at the top it appeared to me to be more like social for them and they could help others.
