If I had to guess on STR, it's either a typo for SFR (single family residence [personally I prefer SFH, but I know Brandon Turner sometimes uses SFR]), or it means On Street Parking (https://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/real-estate-abbreviations/), which doesn't really make sense in context.
