I would like to know if anyone in the Kansas City, or Overland Park, KS area had really good result in 2015?

Its in-town atlanta just nearby some more expensive areas (Inman Park, for example).

Their is a reason Wall Street, and most private money are parking their funds into higher class assets.

Also consider parking, is there room for 4 - 6 cars? 

But on the flip side I have seen people even renting parking spots.

If I had to guess on STR, it's either a typo for SFR (single family residence [personally I prefer SFH, but I know Brandon Turner sometimes uses SFR]), or it means On Street Parking (https://www.biggerpockets.com/rei/real-estate-abbreviations/), which doesn't really make sense in context.

If it's a house just in the town, where the kids have to get a parking permit to keep their car on campus- it may be somewhat challenging to keep all the rooms rented.
