I'm reading about wholesaling its something I've really been considering. I would like to know if anyone in the Kansas City, or Overland Park, KS area had really good result in 2015?

Wholesaling is all about the hustle and really understanding where to find properties. Anyone can make a good 2-10K per transaction if you know where to look, you know how to estimate your expenses, and how to estimate your after repair value. The biggest thing investors hate is hearing bad numbers. If you can estimate your numbers correctly, and you can find properties, you can't even supply for all the investors that you will find.
