It’s not an easy house to rent because it’s got electric heat and very cold / expensive to heat in winter .

Once the sun sets on a warm day you can also do a thermal scan, the wet areas will show up “hotter” in the scan because the moisture in the roof system will be heated compared to the cooler evening area.

I served them a 3 day notice to quit and the tenant said his lawyer will contact me and he is claiming he was in the hospital for heat exhaustion from the apartment being 100 degrees (he has 2 air conditioners).

Probably quicker to heat using wood than a whole pool!
