I figure in the age of COVID I'd rather have a tenant who can earn money from home as opposed to someone whose income or business can be shut down by the government.

Looking at city Government resources and those posted on AirBnB, I'll have to have a signed letter from the landlord specifically allowing me to list my unit on AirBnB when registering with the city.
