With the guidance of the probate lawyer, I went down to the Solano County court and pulled the old file (which was in “deep” storage because the case had closed ten years prior).

She would not sign off on the HAP (short for Housing Assistance Program) contract with the county.

Is there a title transfer that needs to happen at the point, including filing at the county?

Then a free site is the county assessor site that shows the property zoning and some other info.

I search google, sometimes I get lucky, most of the time it’s a dead end.Also, I have this LLC that’s listed as a Taxpayer on the county website.

So I went to the Clarke county office here in Las Vegas and to my surprise they didn't have any of the list there or filed to obtain what I have seen so many of my favorite YouTube Gurus say that I need( probate, absentee/ vacant properties, or tax delinquency).

I looked up the property tax records and everything on the County websites, it ALL says she is 100% owner..
