South Jersey & South East PA Short Sale Specialist Broker

Looking to learn from/hang real estate salesperson license with a broker who specializes in short sales in the south jersey and or south east PA region. I currently live in Bucks County PA, but I may be purchasing a duplex in NJ shortly. I just received my NJ license 8/16/18. I plan on getting PA license also, but I need to hang my license.
