@George Blower My husband is a huge fan of the podcast and always finds something of value for his business ventures even when they aren’t directly related to real estate.

The HOA's are ok as they offset a large portion of your Capital Expenses and provide even lower maintenance housing than your traditional SFR's, but in Indianapolis, I'm still not the biggest fan.

I am actually a big fan of the concept.

@Tate Alanis I'm not a fan of being a wet blanket but in my humble opinion talking to people isn't going to cut it. 

For those cash flow quadrant fans, I’ve always had S quadrant characteristics that have kept me from the right side.

was good tooI usually check under 'podcast' under the 'learn' tab for a description of past shows to see if it fits my interest...Also a big fan of my audible membership & app...I believe I used the 12 credits for $150 and worth it...The E-Myth, 4-Hr work week, the millionaire real estate investor & the 10X rule were good listening...Dave Ramsey also has good money/personal finance management stuff on there as well...
