Seeking realtor/ investor advice for wholesaling in DFW

I am 21yrs old and looking to make my first wholesale deal in the DFW area. I’m seeking help from any local realtors/investors who could give me any type of advice or possibly lend a hand to make my first deal. Not too worried about the profit on my first few deals, I’m just dying to get the experience and get more comfortable with the business!
