Good morning BP family,I looked at a bank own property, 2 bedroom 1 bath, garage with a basement.I am looking to take out a 203k loan for the repairs.I was wondering do I get an inspection before I shop for a 203k contractor, or get the contractor first to give me an estimate of the cost?

Depending on if I choose to rent or flip the house, the rehab could go up or down, but it is in an established & quiet neighborhood with great access to shopping, Costco, restaurants, the Air Force base.

To answer your questions, my initial thoughts are:1) Who is the ideal tenant - any real estate related start up or small shop, including - architects, independent brokers, appraisers, lenders, equity investors, contractors, developers, investors, designers, escrow officers, etc.
