Hello BP Community!

My name is Ralph Velasco, and I am a structural engineer from Germantown, TN (suburb of Memphis, TN). I've been a fly on the wall here for a couple months, and I have already learned a ton so thank you to all that have made BP what it is. My wife and I have discussed how we can start investing in real estate to replace her income (short-term goal). We are leaning more towards flipping in order to increase our capital so that we can purchase future buy and hold properties. Any and all help is wanted. Thank you in advance and I look forward to networking with you all in the future.
