After they moved out, all 4 of my tires were slashed.

A few old tires as well as other lesser garbage.Would the tenant on a NNN lease be responsible for this?

It took a while to find a good out-of-state property management company when we got tired of dealing with ours as well.  

PS I apologize that this post will come off as aggressive, but I am tired of trying to provide helpful and ethical advice to people and basically getting slandered by the same few posters.

I got into this business because I got tired of paying a CPA $825 a year to teach him how to do my taxes correctly. :)For the reasons I listed, however, I have more faith in a credentialed preparer than a non-credentialed one.

David, when i said is it a good time, i was referring to the negative population growth in Akron and the decline in Industries (rubber, tires ext.) that give the feeling that the city's future is "behind" her.

Positives: You have frustrated tenants, which means the landlord might be sick and tired of the business (Good for you!)
