hey all, following this thread with much interest - I'm looking to buy in Norwood/Pleasant Ridge and wondered if anyone has any advice for finding contractors who can rehab rental units?

I know a lot of people will tell me to just walk away, but we love the house/schools/neighborhood and while we may end up walking away, if we don’t at least try I will always wonder what if.

I see hot & cold connections, but I’m wondering if the black pipe down the middle is a drain pipe for when the washer empties?

It shows as a none flood zone but I wonder if hurricane harvey flooded this home...

For my partner's sake I hope I know something, though I wonder at times...haha How've you been Shiloh.
