BWW- -- Who do you make the check out to?

Has anyone ever bought for BWW?    I know it's an in-person auction, but I was just wondering-- who do you make the check out to?   I contacted the City, and they said they don't have anything to deal with them, and when I called BWW, they weren't helpful at all.    Has anyone bought from them?    I'm assuming Equity Trustees, but just wanted to verify if anyone has bought through them already?
