I assume that if he did in fact pay them the tax assessors website would have updated it no??

I see it on my listings if I visit the public sites.

We are in the process of closing on an investment property that was offered on the Hubzu website.

I'll visit with them shortly after I take posession to go over expectations, payment addresses, repair requests, etc.

Therefore every area we visit, live or pass through I research and evaluate when possible.
