This is important because if there is a code violation, they mail you a letter or call you.

If it's a complete mess in the office, take a couple pictures that show how disorganized it is (don't show any details that violate privacy rights).

Another way of saying this is i will be able to sift through a large list of properties and tell you if they have (code violations, delinquent taxes, it's on the vacant buildings list, it has a foreclosure action date, any city liens, the homeowner has died, etc...).
