I am currently working on a way to quickly sift through the following lists

24_Hour_Arrests

City_Liens

Criminal_Records

Evictions

Misdemeanors

Probates

Tax_Delinquents

Warrants

Bail_Bonds

Code_Violations

Divorce

Family_Violence_Fugitives

Obituaries

Property_Maintenance

Utility_Disconnects

Bankruptcy

Court_Dockets

DWI_Fugitives

Foreclosures

Pre_Foreclosure

Summary_Judgements

Vacant_Buildings

At the end of it, I will be able to provide a list of properties that have a check mark by every single list that it matches on. Another way of saying this is i will be able to sift through a large list of properties and tell you if they have (code violations, delinquent taxes, it's on the vacant buildings list, it has a foreclosure action date, any city liens, the homeowner has died, etc...).

I'm just wondering if this has any value to anybody out there in the investing world. and if not then how could i tweak this to actually provide value.
