@John Burtle you may consider framing your request as:taking out a personal loan (to buy materials and pay for permits and such) this may assist you in obtaining funds

Bring ppl through and list out what the materials cost to get it fixed up and get an idea of how much time is needed on each job.

We estimated time and materials for our employees, and added that to our overall budget.

Making SFH rentals work anywhere in South Jersey that aren't really rough neighborhoods, is tough because of how high the property taxes are.

Hi Steven,I am very familiar with the codes in Calumet City and know them to be tough but fair if you set the job up right in the first place.

Tough to say where I really want to focus but as of right now i'm leaving towards malden (everett/revere) and winthrop...I have not spoken with a LO regarding my debt but its more of a personal goal of mine before investing.
