Need some good contractors for rehabs in Calumet City, IL

I've just started working with an investor who is doing cash deals in Calumet City and need a few more contractors who'll work there.  The investor has just begun, but plans on doing quite a bit in the area.  Only reliable contractors who show up, meet timelines without excuses, and know the local permitting and codes need apply.  Thanks!
