I had to call about 200 lenders (no exaggeration) to learn of 4 lenders who did this and I have some tips.

One pro-tip is to only invest in properties where you can easily take a direct flight if needed. 

In this article I am going to give you some tips on how to overcome those challenges and start making money from home through investing in properties outside your region or state.

This is my first time here,I do apologize if something is not right with this post . unfortunately i did not grow up in a environment that taught me, the ins and outs of legal business and some of the financial tricks that im sure alot of you are very well versed in..long story short im a single father that has just started out on my own to build something i can leave to my daughter,and i need help from anyone that can offer me any kind of information or knowledge that can help me with my mission.I am  a registered (property management) llc in ohio.
