Hello everyone, My name is Crystal, I'm 30 years old, and real estate investing has been a dream of mine for many years now, though I've only been seriously studying up on it for the past year. 

That said, Im very eager  to lean and fine tune my brief but detailed studies and thought that a MENTOR would be the best way to do that...Anyway, I attened my first Great Lakes REIA meeting yesterday in Cleveland and got a ton of great information from the seminar host Jason Rose.

Right now I'm currently studying/researching the most I can before I start become and investor.

I'd encourage you to study more then just one article to make any decisions.

Trying to find the balance between studying more and analysis paralysis. 

I'm currently studying for my NJ real estate license and I hoping to connect with some local investors.

I am currently studying at Kelley in Bloomington, IN, and I would love to network and learn as much as I can.

The million elderly people cited by the study, who've possibly lived their entire life in one community, are just supposed to pack up everything and move to some cheaper city?
